Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is very effective on it's own and as an effective complementary healing tool which is used in many hospitals and treatment centers. Distance Reiki is just as effective as hands on Reiki.

Animals are attracted to Reiki energy. Distance or remote Reiki is particularly effective for them. An animal that is ill, traumatized, frightened, or compromised in some way is often skittish and fearful. With distance Reiki they can remain in familiar surroundings, with familiar people, allowing them to be more relaxed. In this manner they can be more receptive to the healing energy.
